Once your Monodoc, AppLight or Next Gen App are created in Cloud Connect you can configure them in AppFactory: iOS and/or Android.

Configure the Monodoc in Android AppFactory

  1. Open Android AppFactory.

  2. Select Single-Publication template and click on the Create button.

  3. Drag and drop the downloaded certificate in the App Info field.

    According to the certificate, AppFactory will recognize your application and fill in automatically the fields in the Info tab.

  4. Type the issue ID in the dedicated field for the app to recognize and display the content.

  5. Continue setting up the application by filling in the tabs in the Sections menu:

    • Application icons: if you want to change the icon images.

    • Splashscreen: if you want to change the startup images.


      All images required by AppFactory must be dragged and dropped in the dedicated boxes.

  6. Click on the arrow sign to create the Key store and export the Monodoc app on declared Android devices.

  7. Fill in the Keystore Password, alias Name and Alias Password field, then click on the Create New Keystore button.

  8. Fill in the data on the Personal Informations and Keystore Informations, then click on the Generate button.

  9. Connect an Android device to your computer to export the .APK file and display the Monodoc application.

  10. Click on the Export button, once the Keystore has been generated.

    The .APK file of the Monodoc application will be sent and displayed on the Android device connected to your computer.
