My end-users are not notified when an old issue is updated

Possible problem:

  • the ZAVEM is not updated.

Pre-requisite: I host my content on my server(s) and I replaced the ZAVE file for an old issue.

1. Problem: the ZAVEM is not updated.
Solution:
  1. Login to your Cloud Connect account.
  2. Select the Title and Issue in question.
  3. Select AVE files tab.
  4. Upload the new ZAVEM file, generated with Cloud Authoring or InDesign plugin.

You can now change the ZAVE URL. The application will suggest a content update.
