My issue is not visible in the application

Possible problems:

  • My release date is set in the future.
  • The publication license is not ON for the publishing platforms.
  • There is a wrong Issue type associated with the Issue.
  • There is no product created and associated with the Issue.

Pre-requisite: My application is created in Cloud Connect.

1. Problem: My release date is set in the future.
Solution:
  1. Log into your Cloud Connect account.
  2. Select the Title and Issue in question.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Set the release date to the current date.
2. Problem: The publication license is not ON for the publishing platforms.
Solution:
  1. Log into your Cloud Connect account.
  2. Select the Title and Issue in question.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Set the button Publish on to ON status.
3. Problem: There is a wrong Issue type associated with the Issue.
Solution:
  1. Log into your Cloud Connect account.
  2. Select the Title and Issue in question.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Select from existing Issue types or create a new Issue type. For further details, see Create a new Issue type documentation.
4. Problem: There is no product created and associated with the Issue.
Solution:
  1. Log into your Cloud Connect account.
  2. Select the Application in question.
  3. Select the Products tab.
  4. Add a new Issue product. For further details on product creation, see Create a new Product documentation.
