Gattefossé App of the month – Enriched sales repository app

This month, Gattefossé’s app wins the title of best app of the month. The Gattefossé group is an international group present in more than 60 countries. Gattefossé develop products and specialty ingredients for the beauty and healthcare industries worldwide.

To manage their numerous sales documents, all saved in different formats, they looked for a new method to present their demos while keeping an optimal internal workflow. They needed an innovative solution that allowed them to build strong partnerships and to share insights with their employees continuously.

Next Gen App to manage different document formats

They later decided to partner with Rakuten Aquafadas, enabling their sellers to be equipped with rich and interactive digital demos for their products. Our team at Rakuten Aquafadas provided them with an innovative Next Gen application template that allowed them to resolve their compatibility issue.

Enriched content

The template was used as a flexible repository of their various sales documents easily produced in multiple formats: PDFs enriched with videos, hyperlinks and deep link directing to other information, as well as HTML5 content accessible on desktops.

The app was initially designed for 40 sales reps equipped with iPads in charge of cosmetics and now it will also expanded to the teams responsible for pharmaceuticals.
